Information in an engineering inquiry

The form collects your name, work email, technical request, optional replacement model and accessory selections. Server logs may include network and request metadata used to control abuse. Do not submit customer personal data or confidential drawings through the public form.

Email handling and service infrastructure

Inquiry data is sent through the configured SMTP service to the QPF engineering mailbox. Hosting, DNS and email infrastructure providers process the data needed to operate their services. No advertising analytics identifiers are enabled at launch.

Retention, access and deletion

Inquiry correspondence is kept as needed to respond, manage a potential order and meet applicable record obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. The image-review tool stores review choices in the browser; ordinary product browsing does not require registration.

Effective 5 November 2026. Updated handling terms will be published here.
